Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 August 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Chasyr, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Chasyr on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The service

Chasyr provides software for accounts receivable workflows used primarily by Australian construction, trades, and finance organisations—including invoice management, multi-channel outreach, negotiation tooling, payment plans, and related analytics. Features may change as we improve the product. Beta or preview features may be less reliable and can be modified or withdrawn.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

  • Keep credentials confidential and use accurate registration information.
  • Do not misuse the service (including attempting to access other customers’ data, disrupt availability, or bypass security controls).
  • Comply with applicable laws when contacting debtors (including Australian consumer and debt-collection guidelines). You are responsible for the content and timing of outreach you send.
  • Chasyr is not a US healthcare or HIPAA system. Do not upload protected health information (PHI) or use the service to run medical billing or health-plan records.

4. Customer content

You retain ownership of invoices, contacts, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the features you enable. We do not use customer content to train third-party foundation models. You warrant that you have the rights to submit the content and that doing so does not violate law or third-party rights.

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed according to the plan you select and any metered usage described in-product. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend access for unpaid amounts after reasonable notice.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law. We do not guarantee collection outcomes. Nothing in these Terms excludes non-excludable consumer guarantees. Where liability can be limited, our aggregate liability for claims arising from the service is limited to fees paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using Chasyr at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, or legal risk. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by nature should survive (including liability limits and confidentiality) continue.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Contact
